Wood, mdf, mirror, paint
Exhibited at Palais de Beaux Arts – Brussels, Belgium
Curated by NICC, Ann Judong, Margo Verheusden
The exhibition combines my first periscope sculpture, designed in collaboration with Onco Tattje, with an architectural intervention interacting with the architecture of BOZAR’s building. One-centimeter mirrored lines streak up the length of the towering Greco Roman pillars, and surrounding walls and steps. A kilometer of mirrored lines generate a dynamic and disorienting drawing, superimposed on the monumental space.
